Our hand made gowns may require some final alterations, as with any high end garment, to obtain that exact perfect fit. We encourage brides to schedule a fitting with an alterations professional in advance just in case any minor alterations are needed. Customizations packages are available for every design, additional cost may be required depending on style and fabrics. Please contact me for an estimate. PRODUCTION TIMELINE: Production time can varíe based on customizations so please contact me via etsy messaging for more details in regards to your specific design. Measurements must be received within 5 business days of order to avoid delays. Have customizations? Before beginning the process contact me, all details must be finalized before you purchase your gown and provide measurements, design details are agreed upon and before purchase to avoid confusion all details would be listed in your custom listing. Adjustment after purchase May be possible but additional fees may be required. Minimum production is 6 to 8 weeks. Rush orders are welcomed, but will result in a $50 rush order fee. All orders will require a signed contract to make sure all shop polices are understood. Please note even though the dress will be made to measurements, additional alterations might be needed locally to achieve the desired fit by the bride. Please contact me directly for more details. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We understand that sometimes things may change for our brides. We try to be as considerate and helpful as we possibly can. We will try to work with you at all times while providing the best fair customer service. All Jewelry and Hair Accessories can be returned up to 3 days after receiving the item. Buyer must pay for return shipping, & will not be refunded for previous shipping. Please understand that custom orders cannot be cancelled. In special circumstances if a timely cancellation request may be approved if no fabrics have been ordered, approved cancellations after 24 hours of order will incur 35% fee. This is no different than any bridal boutique. All approved returns will incur a 35% restocking fee and all shipping costs are not refundable.
