After several printing operations there might be micro lines or dots on the surface of the acrylic. In the photos, we cannot show those lines or dots since it is hard to show in the photo or video. When you check the acrylic by placing onto the envelope, there shouldn’t be any visible lines on the surface. If you want to have scratch-free surface for acrylic we recommend you to purchase one of the frosted acrylic models that we have. If you place acrylics onto the light and send us a photo, it will not be eligible for reprinting or refund since there is no such a quality control check for acrylics. If there are visible problem on your invitations please contact us with the video showing the problem and we will check the issue if it is eligible for reprint or not.
