In order to fully feel and experience the products first-hand, we highly recommend you to purchase our sample set before placing the big order. The sample pack includes: +1 A7 Invitation (5″x7″ or 12.3×17.5cm) plus a matching Euro flap liner-added envelope +1 A6 RSVP card (3″x5″ or 9×12.3cm) plus a matching Euro flap envelope +1 A6 Insert card (3″x5″ or 9×12.3cm) +1 Belly Band PAPER: thickened cotton cardstock of 500-600 gsm (180 – 220 lbs) The samples come from one of our past works and therefore, are non-customizable. Along with purchased invites, we will also include relevant cardstock options for customers to select. If you would like to customize our design or have us create a brand new design to fit your wedding’s ideas, please put a note to us in the Note to Seller Box at check-out. We will soon get in touch with you and create a sample pack that is tailored to your interest! Samples are shipped within 5 biz days after the purchase through regular post office route unless expedited shipping service is requested. Please allow 10-14 days for international mails. If you don’t see the mail coming after 3 weeks, please notify us so that we can resend it. ♥ OUR PRICING on ACTUAL INVITE ORDER Please contact us for detailed quote. Quotation would largely vary based upon the quantity of cards as well as the printing technique and your paper choice. Do not feel obliged that you have to order a full suite – in fact, your order should be fully customizable by every measure. The design involves custom venue and landscape drawing of your own. The design fee starts from $120 and might increase depending on the complexity of the artworks and your requirements. The quote for printed physical invitations would also differ depending on the quantity. Kindly send us a message with your order details and we will work on a quotation for you. ♥ OUR PROCESS on INVITE ORDER 1. Payment and proofing A deposit is required before we proceed. Please shoot us the wording, ideally in a word document, along with picture of your venue/landscape, to our email address [sweetdatesprints@gmail.com](mailto:sweetdatesprints@gmail.com). We will then create a first draft for you, usually in pencil sketch, in about 7-10 days. There will be 3 free rounds of revision included. Additional round would be $20 per round. We advise you to take time to review each proof carefully, show your fiancé and family, make sure there are no grammatical errors. Rather than lots of separate messages with individual changes whenever possible, it would be very helpful if you could take time and make a list of changes you want. 2. Production After final approval of the proof and full payment, production shall start. Any revision after the final confirmation, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We would require 2-3 weeks for production. In case of a rush timeline, please still let us know. 3. Shipping Though we are based in Vietnam, international shipping will only take 4-5 business days, using trusted carrier DHL/UPS/FedEx with a tracking number provided. The shipping fee would vary depending on the weight of the package. ♥ SOME NOTES ON OUR FINISHED PRODUCTS – The final products, when shipped out, will be unassembled. – There will be self-adhesive (a line of dry glue) on the flap of the RSVP envelopes (small envelope). For the invitation envelope – the big envelopes with pre-fitted envelope liner, we will provide you with double-sided tape used for closing off the envelopes. ♥ REFUND & CANCELLATION Please contact me with any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. I am more than happy to work together to find a solution to any issues you may have. If for any reason you need to cancel the order, please notify me as soon as possible and we can see at what stage the order is in. I cannot guarantee a full refund. Depending if printing has started or not. Possible partial refunds may be possible. No refund policy is applied for the customization fee due to the nature of designing work. Items lost in the mail due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses cannot be refunded or re-routed. Please make sure that you triple check your shipping address when checking out. Although I cannot control how the post office handles your products, if something arrives and is damaged, please contact me immediately and we will work out a solution!
